Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Retail Systems Analyst with various reports through the use of MS Excel and Data Warehouse programs. Test, update, support and administer software programs for the Retail & Commercial Sales Division. Communicate and help implement any changes made to retail related software products to the Retail Training Coordinator.
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Associates Degree or equivalent in Business or Computer Science.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: A thorough knowledge of Bank products and services with demonstrated working knowledge of the technical aspects of data deposit functions and loan operations and solid understanding of Retail Sales. Knowledge of current banking regulations, procedures and operations.
SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative abilities. Attention to details. Also, end-user/client support experience, technical writing and documentation skills and ability to analyze problems in a timely manner and find an effective solution.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily Excel).
Work Hours: 20/week, flexible but must be scheduled between normal Business Hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday).
