itunes.jpgTo celebrate a new year, The Career Development Center is offering students the opportunity to compete to win a $50 Itunes gift card.  Please read the contest details below to enter to win!

Contest details are as follows:  Anytime during the month of February (February 1st through February 28th) students will use Interview Stream, an online program that will simulate an actual interview.  Students must choose a position & company for/to which they are applying and answer a series of questions chosen by the Career Development Center Staff.  The answers will be recorded and saved via the Interview Stream program.  All students will answer the same questions. To enter, students must email their recorded interview by midnight on February 28th via the Interview Stream program to the Career Development Center staff for critique.  The student judged to have the best interview and who in the “real world” would be offered the job, will win the gift card.

*Students may record as many practice interviews as they wish before emailing their final interview to the Career Development Center.

*Students must inform the CDC staff of the position for which they are interviewing.  We won’t know unless you specifically tell us - you are choosing the job/company!  We provide the questions only.

*Students will need a webcam and an internet connection (not dial up) to use the program.

*The Career Development Center has webcams and a computer lab for student use - please make an appointment with the staff for assistance.
