For all you newcomers and for those who just plain forget, the Library carries many materials that will come in handy for your career here at Keystone College. We have a wide array of cookbooks and books on the culinary field in our collection (In or around the 640’s) plus many culinary magazines in our stacks as well as in our databases. We also carry guides on the latest information related to the culinary arts. So next time you have to find a recipe, write a paper, or just want to hear the latest news in the culinary arts, come to the Miller Library.

In an article titled, Handle With Care in the Library Journal (November 2006 Issue, Vol. 131, #18) Margaret C. Merrill lists new books and websites for Food Safety issues. You can now find those websites included under our links for Food Safety on the right side of this page.

The Feb. 2006 issue of Restaurant Hospitality gives a summary of the editors’ choices of the best food safety products of the past year. Products range from safe cutting gloves to disposable table cleaning wipes to a chilled cream dispenser.
