We have a wide array of cookbooks and books on the culinary field in our collection (In or around the 640’s) plus many culinary magazines in our stacks as well as in our databases. We also carry guides on the latest information related to the culinary arts. The Feb. 2006 issue of Restaurant Hospitality gives a summary of the editors’ choices of the best food safety products of the past year. Products range from safe cutting gloves to disposable table cleaning wipes to a chilled cream dispenser.
